Kayenta, AZ, on the way to Monument Valley.
Kayenta, or Tó Dinéeshzhee, is in the heart of the Dine (Navajo) Nation. The local grocery store has several different cuts of mutton, which makes a pretty good stew. Served up with some blue corn hominy and a roasted green chile, it's an authentic meal.

A few miles east of Kayenta is Church Rock, with Agathala peak in the background. These are all the cores of ancient volcanoes.
